That’s why all of our mills are audited annually, child labour is never tolerated, and worker welfare is our priority, all within strict ethical trading standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001). Planet
Our industry is one of the most environmentally intensive sectors in the world, driving carbon emissions, water consumption and pollution, waste, and biodiversity loss. That’s why we’re committed to reducing our impact and helping restore nature. We’ve been members of the Better Cotton Initiative since 2016 and are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified, so you can be confident we uphold the highest environmental standards.
We’re also exploring innovative ways to cut greenhouse gas emissions and move towards carbon neutrality. Our initiatives include a five-year, nature-based carbon offsetting partnership with Swinton Estate, prioritising sea freight over air, increasing deliveries by electric vehicles, and more.
Animal Welfare
Our feather and down ranges are regulated by the EDFA and sourced only as byproducts of the food industry. We work with suppliers certified by EDFA or the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), ensuring animal welfare and consumer protection. Certifications across our natural fills include Nomite, Downafresh, Oeko-Tex, and RDS, and our Comforel® and Aerelle Softflex® pillows carry the Vegan Trademark, guaranteeing no animal ingredients or testing.
