  • Managing Director

    Catherine is the strategic force behind our commitment to values-driven growth. After more than a decade with the company, she’s made sustainability a core pillar of the brand, weaving responsibility into the fabric of everything we do. Catherine led Tradelinens to become the first UK commercial linen member of the Better Cotton Initiative in 2016 and expanded the commercial contract business, launching our retail division, Tielle. Her mission is to elevate service and product excellence while guiding the company into new markets and ethical innovation.

    Robert has brought over 50 years of industry experience to shaping Tradelinens’ reputation for quality, integrity, and expertise. A recognised authority in textile sourcing and hospitality linen, what Robert doesn’t know about textiles isn’t worth knowing. His technical knowledge and passion for excellence are central to the company’s DNA and he’s a specialist in the finer details which make a striking impact - that includes an enthusiasm for luxury table linen.


  • Head of New Business

    With over 25 years of experience in textiles and sourcing, Tracey brings extensive industry expertise to her role as Head of New Business. She leads tender submissions for prospective clients, drives the introduction of new product ranges across existing accounts, and manages key relationships with some of the world’s leading hotels.


  • Head of Key Accounts

    With more than 30 years of industry experience, Sandra is an expert in project management and product development. Her days are spent collaborating with some of the largest luxury hotel groups, working on new hotel openings as well as refurbishment projects, blending operational precision with commercial insight to exceed client expectations.


  • Head of Boutique and Retail

    Following a successful career in sports management and retail, Rebecca has worked for Tradelinens for the past eight years as Head of Boutique and Retail, working with boutique hotels, interior designers, luxurious B&Bs, yachts, and even small castles. She also oversees Tielle, our retail brand that brings premium hotel linen experiences into private homes.


  • Head of Operations

    Karen manages relationships with our suppliers, making sure every product that comes through the door is the highest possible quality. As well as ensuring all suppliers match our strict quality standards, she handles new product development, bringing innovative ideas and styles to the Tradelinens table.


  • Warehouse Manager

    Kyle is responsible for making sure our warehouse operations go safely, efficiently, and line up with our business objectives. He handles everything incoming and outgoing from the warehouse, keeping our luxury textiles organised and fulfilling your orders for shipment.


  • Business Support Manager

    Yvette thrives on hearing your big ideas. She ensures that day-to-day operations and client support run smoothly and efficiently. She’s also the first point of contact on new concepts and enquiries, helping to shape each project from ideation to execution.


  • Financial Controller

    Sonal is the guardian of our financial accuracy. She oversees financial health and compliance, ensuring Tradelinens delivers long term-value for our clients and partners. Her stewardship of financial operations underpins the company’s growth and sustainability initiatives.


  • Marketing Manager

    Eloise ensures our expertise, heritage, and bespoke services are communicated clearly to our hospitality partners. From highlighting our product innovations and new collections to collaborations, she tells our brand’s story.


  • Business Support Co-ordinator

    Millie supports Rebecca, our Head of Boutique and Retail. She’s the glue that keeps operations running effortlessly; organising finances, admin and frontline support. Millie is our main customer service rep - the friendly point of contact for processing orders and handling any issues.


  • Business Support Co-ordinator

    Martyna is a master at making sure everything goes smoothly. She works closely with Sandra, our Head of Key Accounts, to coordinate client orders and keep things flowing without a hitch. Martyna supports business operations, ensuring all data is accurate, monitoring order shipping schedules and maintaining efficient processes across the whole of Tradelinens.
